La'Berrys Energy Limited, takes QHSE seriously. Safety is a key indicator of our success. The goal of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) policy is to actively contribute to our performance and sustainability, based on principles of ongoing improvement and sustainable development.

Quality, Health, Safety and Environment management and risk assessment fundamentals are integrated in all business processes at La'Berrys Energy Limited.

At La'Berrys Energy Limited, we aim towards achieving QHSE to meet the standards of ISO 9001: 2015, 14001:2015 and OHSAS 18001:2007

QHSE is an integral part our vision, mission and values and hence paving the way to Business Excellence.

Our QHSE is divided into imperatives which are clearly stated below:

Imperative 1: Prevent accidents, loss of human lives, Zero injuries, Zero harm to the environment and Zero damage to property and equipments.

Imperative 2: Provide dedicated protection equipments for personnels.

Imperative 3: Train employees constantly on standard operating procedures (S.O.P).

Imperative 4: Ensure that QHSE standards are a key ingredient in the training, performance reviews, and incentives of all employees.

Imperative 5: Reduce our impact on environmental pollution and engage proper waste recycling and disposal. Zero spillage of fuel, oil lube or rubbish into the ocean.

Imperative 6: Ensure that all work is done in compliance with our safety procedures.

Imperative 7: Communicate clearly with all stakeholders and ensure understanding with QHSE policies, standards and procedures.

Imperative 8: Ensure our QHSE Management System is documented and understood at all levels in the company.

Imperative 9: Swift response to business disruption events and developing Business Continuity Plan (BCP) for active business continuation.

Imperative 10: We will measure and report our HSE performance and continually improve our performance, systems and policies.
